Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Propi handles your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, photos, or property data. Propi does not operate its own user account system or backend server for your property data.

2. Use of Apple Services

Propi uses Apple-provided services to provide core app functionality:

Apple Maps: If you grant location permission, Propi uses your location solely to show your position on the map. Your location data is processed by Apple Maps and is not stored or collected by us.

Apple CloudKit / iCloud: If iCloud Sync is enabled, Propi uses Apple CloudKit to sync your property data across devices signed in to your Apple ID. This data is stored in your private iCloud database and managed by Apple under your iCloud account. We do not operate our own server for this data and do not access, sell, or share it.

3. Permissions We Request

Location: If granted, this is used exclusively to show your position on Apple Maps while using the app. You can deny access to your location, and the app will still function without this feature.

4. Storage and Security of Your Data

Your property data is stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, your property data is also synced through Apple iCloud using CloudKit. This allows your data to stay available across your devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

We do not collect, access, sell, or share your property data.

5. Children’s Privacy

Propi is not designed for children under the age of 13. However, the app does not include harmful or objectionable content. No part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13.

6. International Users

Propi complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR for users in the EU. Since Propi does not collect personal data on its own servers, your privacy remains under your control through your device and Apple iCloud settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and updated with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
